Christian "Chip" Hebert Pryor

Christian “Chip” Hebert-Pryor is an Associate at Ricci Partners, LLC. Chip earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Religion and Philosophy minoring in Public Interest and Rhetoric from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. While earning his BA, Chip was a Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University, Charles E. Koch Research Fellow, Truman Scholar Finalist, and White House Intern during the Obama Administration. Undoubtedly, these experiences fueled his passion for service and law.  Chip earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Southern University Law Center. While earning his J.D., Chip worked as Legislative Aide for two State Senators and served as a Law Clerk with Southern University System’s General Counsel Office and Dillard University’s General Counsel Office. Academically, Chip was named a Senior Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, and Poverty and earned selection to Moot Court.  Prior to joining Ricci Partners, Chip served as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA) in both Orleans Parish and East Baton Rouge Parish. Chip is the first ADA in Orleans Parish to receive a felony conviction from a unanimous jury; following the Supreme Court ruling of non-unanimous jury conviction being unconstitutional. In approximately two years as an ADA in Orleans Parish, Chip tried over 35 criminal cases at trial and never loss a jury trial.  He then transitioned to the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office, where he served as a Senior Felony ADA; during his tenure, Chip focused solely on capital offense such as sex crimes and homicides – granting him more invaluable litigation experience as a trial attorney for the State. Chip enjoys rooting for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. Nevertheless, Chip enjoys few things more than eating sweets and traveling with Lauren.

Atticus Clay Hanrahan

Mr. Hanrahan is from the greater New Orleans area and chose law as his destiny with his first name being “Atticus” as well as a legal and medical upbringing. He often jokes that he was “born in a law firm and raised in an oncology unit.” He loves the profession of law, not only for the constant and seemingly everlasting flow of work, but mainly because he loves helping people. Mr. Hanrahan attended Loyola University New Orleans for his Undergraduate degree. Three years later, after working all sorts of different types of jobs including selling life insurance and arborist work, Mr. Hanrahan attended one semester at the Charlotte School of Law in Charlotte, NC before its unexpected closing, and soon after transferred back home to Louisiana and attended Southern University Law Center as a transfer student. After taking some time off from graduating law school to take care of his dying grandmother, a Northern Irish immigrant who he declares is his fighting spirit, Hanrahan started legal work handling first party property claims with a large arborist company, and soon after became a defense attorney for a large national law firm in its New Orleans office before switching sides as a plaintiff personal injury attorney for a long lasting and very reputable firm on the north shore in Slidell. In only one year as a plaintiff personal injury attorney, he settled over 45 cases and just under $1,000,000.00 worth in claims and was every client’s favorite attorney. He hopes to continue his success in civil litigation with Ricci Partners, LLC and has very high hopes for his future with the firm.
